REVIEW+LINK - Intergrated Paperless
Fax Document Manager

REVIEW+LINK is a program that interfaces with AR-Express medical billing software and Zeta Fax faxing software. It enables the user to SORT and REVIEW documents received by fax and then LINK them to individual patient records which can then be accessed and viewed at any time. The most common types of faxed documents used with AR-Express are Doctor’s Orders, Patient Progress Notes, Assignment of Benefits forms, etc.

Faxes are received through Zeta Fax and stored electronically instead of being printed. This can represent a substantial cost savings for your company depending upon how many documents are received on a daily basis. These faxes are then sorted using an imbedded code put into user defined folders in REVIEW+LINK. The user is then able to access these sorted faxes and REVIEW them one by one.

Once reviewed if the fax is complete the user can LINK the document to a specific patient record in AR-Express. If the fax is incomplete the user can then create a customizable Fax Cover Sheet to fax back to the sender (i.e. Doctor’s Office) with the original document attached.

• Fax received upside down? No problem REVIEW+LINK can rotate the document.
• Fax fuzzy? No problem REVIEW+LINK has a ZOOM capabilities.
• Cover Sheet or extra pages received? No problem REVIEW+LINK gives user the ability to delete specific pages of a document that should not be linked.
• Multiple pages received together? No problem REVIEW+LINK gives you the flexibility to “Select All” and then LINK them over as one document.
