We strive to provide you with the best support available by offering a continuous plan for unlimited telephone support via a toll-free number and frequent software upgrades and enhancements. A small monthly fee entitles you to the improved copies of programs as the system develops and grows. The maintenance agreement entitles you to office visits when you request additional assistance with problems.

We will provide guidance and answer questions about new billing policies. We keep up to date with Microsoft Windows 2000/98/XP, Windows NT, Foxpro, and other Microsoft developments and provide you with the program patches released. We pay for and receive DMERC, Medicaid and Blue-Cross Medicare publications and newsletters in order to keep your software compliant to new regulations. When Medicare forms or EMC formats change, we make the changes for you.

We also pay to attend educational workshops and seminars for the providers and vendors. We hope that you can appreciate that the maintenance agreement allows us to continue to provide the quality software product and support that you deserve.
