- PC with Windows XP sp2 operating system, a Modem and phone line for dial up option, or high speed internet access such as DSL.

- DIABCO high speed web site service for your most convenient access (transaction fees) or IVAN’s secure telephone service for dial up option (minimal fee for service)

- CMS submitter ID for Eligibility requests (not needed if you go with DIABCO’s web site service)

- Some non-ODBC patient database systems may require technical services (minimal fee for service)

- ME-First installation will automatically install .NET framework 2.0, MDAC 2.6, and Crystal Reports for .NET Framework 2.0
