2009 AR-Express User Conference
October 11-12, 2009
Hampton Inn & Suites
Atlanta, Georgia
An Invitation
Offering many exciting entertainment activities in a row, such as the Georgia Aquarium, the largest sea-aquarium of the world, the new Coca Cola Center and the Children’s Museum, Atlanta is one of the most stimulating meeting destinations in the US. We invite you to join us there in October for what promises to be an equally exceptional conference experience.
Join our two day AR-Express user conference on Sunday and Monday, October 11th & 12th. The conference will be held at the Hampton Inn and Suites before the opening of the Medtrade Fall Show, which is being held at the Georgia World Congress Center from October 13-15. Take advantage of both events and save time and money by combining them.
We also would like to use the opportunity of the conference to review the second year’s results of our AR-Express advisory committee. The committee will give an overview of what has happened, what is in process, and what plans there are for the future.
You also will have the opportunity to meet our national sales manager Virginia Greenwood and other DIABCO staff. We are very happy to have Virginia on board; her committed engagement is a great value to our company.

The Results
We would like to provide you with detailed information about our User Conference which was held in October 2008. The goal of this information is to give you feedback about the responses from the attendees, what was most useful to them, what was their opinion of the quality of the sessions, and what topics they would like to see covered next time.
Altogether, we had 8 sessions. Five were about the AR-Express system, two were covered by guest speakers from MedFORCE Technologies and RemitDATA, and one session was used for the AR-Express Advisory Committee.
We asked attendees for their evaluation of each session. The rating was from Excellent=1, Very Good=2, Good=3, Fair=4 to Poor=5. Here are the results of the ratings:
| Excellent: |
39% |
| Very Good: |
28% |
